Description
The global food equation is becoming increasingly strained due to multiple constraints: environmental pressures (biodiversity, climate, soil and water quality) and challenges related to climate adaptation in agricultural sectors. This session examines the capacity of agricultural and agri-food models to go beyond simply increasing productivity and to incorporate objectives of environmental sustainability and universal access to food for all, while ensuring that biodiversity is preserved.
