LISEA, concession holder for the Sud Europe Atlantique high-speed line between Tours and Bordeaux (LGV SEA), owned by VINCI Concessions (42.045%), Meridiam (41.945%) and Caisse des dépôts et des consignations (16.01%). Its main missions are to guarantee the safety, performance, management and operation of the infrastructure for the benefit of passengers and the local community.
