21's mission is to meet the needs of vulnerable people through social innovation and entrepreneurial energy.
Faced with vulnerabilities, 21 responds to the major challenges of health, the fight against exclusion and emergency response, by enabling social entrepreneurs to design and test innovative solutions in the field, in the network of the French Red Cross and Nexem member associations.
