Description

After process engineer studies, Laurence Gazagnes has started her career at ARKEMA where she was notably Unit Manager on two Seveso II sites in France. In July 2008, she joined Orano as Director of Uranium Conversion Production at Tricastin, then in 2012 was appointed Director of the FBFC facility at Tricastin, producing mechanical components for nuclear fuel assemblies. In 2014, she became Director of Industrial Services, then Technical Director of the Tricastin site, conducting the mutualization of those internal services. In November 2018, she became Director of Quality, Safety, Security, Transport Supervision and Environment of the Nuclear Packaging and Services Business Unit. Since January 2020, Laurence Gazagnes has been Senior Executive Vice President of Health, Safety & Environment and CSR Policy of the Orano group, and Member of the Executive Committee.
