Description
Hervé Le Caignec is President of LISEA, the South Europe Atlantic High Speed Line (LGV SEA) dealer between Tours and Bordeaux, which connects Bordeaux to Paris in 2 hours since July 2017. His professional background has led him to take responsibility for the development and operation of major infrastructures through Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs), both in France and abroad. He has worked for the VINCI Group, the SNCF and the Caisse des Dépôts group. Since March 2017, he has been President of LISEA.
