Description
After a few years in NGOs in Latin America on issues of tourism and fair trade, Elodie joined Graines de Changement, a societal transformation laboratory attached to the Utopies Consulting Firm (Sustainable Development Consulting). She then had BCORP certified the first company in France. She then launched and developed the Darwin-based impact business incubator, Le Campement. In their development, it supports many companies committed to providing solutions to social and environmental issues.
In 2019, she joined one of these young nuggets: Archibald Distillation to help work for social and environmental transitions but this time at the heart of a young company in the food sector. Its role is both to structure the company’s CSR commitment and to implement these commitments in a cross-cutting manner, putting people on the same level as environmental issues: purchasing, management, supplier relations, carbon neutrality, sponsorship, etc. Archibald Distillations has been BCORP certified since 2019. In 2022, Elodie left salariat to become an independent consultant. It now accompanies companies (TEP, SMEs, midcaps) of all sizes in the necessary transformation they must operate in a world that is experiencing a major systemic crisis. It accompanies them in the construction of their CSR strategy, the re-invention of their product or service offering, their BCORP certification, the acquisition of mission-based status, definition of their raison d'être, etc. It mobilizes human dynamics within companies to co-build solutions with teams and make them autonomous.
