At the World Impact Summit, Bouygues Telecom, a major partner of the event, presented Cap Climat, its immersive educational training program, co-created with 2tonnes.
Cap Climat was launched in September 2025 with the aim of training 100% of employees by the end of 2027 so that they can embrace the operator's climate strategy and apply it in their daily work. In just five months, 1,219 employees have already been trained, and 110 sessions are planned for the coming months. Forty percent of employees are expected to be trained by the end of June.
This unique training program is the result of a joint effort between 2tonnes, a recognized leader in climate and social issues training, and Bouygues Telecom, through its CSR & Engagement and Human Resources departments. This is the first time that 2tonnes has adapted its renowned workshop, based on the principle of serious gaming, to the specific challenges of a company. Cap Climat enables employees to learn about their company's climate strategy objectives and key levers for action through play, understand the impact of their activities, and apply the strategy in a concrete way in their day-to-day work in each department.
Each session accommodates a maximum of 12 participants and is led by a facilitator who is also a Bouygues Telecom employee. Forty-four employees from all departments and sites within the company have been trained to lead these workshops.
A presentation of Cap Climat will be given on February 5 at 2 p.m. during the National and Regional Plenary Session, attended by Claire Boilley-Forestier, Director of CSR & Engagement at Bouygues Telecom, and Pierre-Alix Lloret-Bavai, co-founder of 2tonnes.
You are also invited to participate in the daily Cap Climat workshops led by Bouygues Telecom employees at the company's stand (D05).
