After working for 5 years as Cocoa & Coffee Sustainable Sourcing Manager in Ghana and Côte d'Ivoire for the Touton Group, in 2017 Charles set up So-B-Green (for Social, Business & Green), a company specialising in structuring and promoting sustainable agricultural value chains. With an active presence in cocoa in West Africa, the company provides support in other regions of the world, particularly in the coffee sector. Charles is currently Managing Director of So-B-Green and Chairman of Kamino SAS, a Société à Mission specialising in CSR/ESG, supporting economic players in their social and environmental transitions in France.
