Description

Marc Obéron is a producer. His career has taken him to work with such prestigious directors as Ethan and Joel Coen, Robert Altman, Roman Polanski and David Lynch. He initiated and produced the feature film "8", a state of the world as seen by Jane Campion, Gael Garcia Bernal, Jan Kounen, Mira Nair, Gaspar Noé, Gus Van Sant, Abderrahmane Sissako and Wim Wenders. In 2011, he founded the Cinema for Change Festival, an extension of the values he has believed in and defended since producing the film "8". Drawing on his experience as a producer, Marc Obéron is keen to bring together the worlds of cinema, business and young people through this annual event, which he has been organising for 13 years now.
